He again races zombie pirate captain, Le Chuck, and new, more modern pirate lords who care about profit margins and raids rather than cool stories or romance of piracy. This is not a metaphor. You can visit some classic locations from games and brand new ones like the ice triangle of Brrr-Muda it runs into new and favorite characters, including the demonic skull and my beloved Murray.

After decades of seeing Gilbert, and getting to make Monkey Island 3, I was disappointed with the conclusion of return. It moved to it and made clear that Gilbert cares as much about characters as fans do. I expected the return to Monkey Island to be funny. It is expected to have zany and good puzzles and hilarious puzzle solutions. You can see it in writing position, taste art style, and upbeat music.
